Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very spacious rooms with a great living area, a full kitchen, and a dining area at the same price. The suites are comfortable, although I was surprised that the coffee machine had no pods, only instant coffee provided by Guest Services.
The hotel offers amazing city views on the 26th floor, but the rooms are dated and not well cleaned, with a slight smell of stale smoke. The service is attentive, with quick compensation and access to the lounge provided. The location is near public transportation but far from central attractions, and the dining options are varied but some dishes arrived cold. The roof-top restaurant Vertigo is a standout feature.
Returning to this hotel after three weeks, I was pleased with the excellent rooms and the recognition from the staff. However, my room's view was obstructed by a nearby building, requiring me to keep the curtains closed. The room was spacious and well-designed, larger than most hotel rooms.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were excellent, and I even got a lovely back and shoulder massage by Suksan at the beautiful pool. The staff recognized me when I returned weeks later, which was a nice touch. However, my room was on a low floor, but that didn't take away from the great experience.
The rooms at the hotel are generous and extremely comfortable, making it hard to leave. However, there was a strong renovation painting smell present. I later found a cheaper option at the Oriental Residence on the way back. The room had a coffee machine, but no coffee pods were provided, and when I inquired, Guest Services suggested using instant coffee, which seemed odd.
Staying at the residential suite was brilliant, modern, and I didn't want to go out to explore the city. The hotel seems a bit old but still with good maintenance. Access to the Club floor gave us the luxury of free beer from 10 am till 8 pm, Afternoon Tea from 12 pm till 4 pm, and Cocktails and Canapes from 5.30 pm till 7.30 pm.
The hotel rooms were indeed great in size, excellent, and very quiet with very friendly staff. As a family of four, the spaciousness of the rooms was just perfect. However, the busy roads in the area made it a bit inconvenient, and the morning dining experience left something to be desired with cold dishes.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had beautiful views and were spacious, although being located on the smoking floor made it a bit noisy at times. The service was fantastic, especially considering my health situation upon arrival. The location was not ideal due to traffic issues, but it was close to rail networks. The facilities were well-maintained. Price was reasonable.
The hotel provides clean and comfy rooms with luxurious and spacious amenities, but the lack of electrical sockets near the bed was a bit disappointing. The service was top-notch with attentive staff and great concierge services. The location offers a lovely view but could be overpriced on food and drinks. The dining experience was generally good, although coffee could be improved. Overall, it's a great option with some room for minor enhancements.
The hotel was very comfortable and excellent value, despite the coffee machine missing pods upon arrival and a slight painting smell from renovations. The service was top-notch with special touches like remembering birthdays and arranging private taxis. The location is lovely, near the BTS and boasting a well-kept environment, though there are some issues with sunlight. The dining experience had good food options but could get crowded. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay with excellent service.
